1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ck8 ("ck8", "we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all access to and use of the ck8 website, mobile applications, games, betting markets, promotional materials, and associated services available at ck8.lat.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or launching any game on ck8, you are confirming full acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games, sports markets, or promotions. 2. Eligibility & Registration

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ck8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. 2.4 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. ck8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you have provided at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck8 account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted via your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. ck8 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck8 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for your convenience, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX instant transfers. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your ck8 account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply depending on the selected payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ck8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). ck8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a copy of your MyKad or a recent bank statement — before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the deposit where possible.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ck8 is committed to maintaining the highest standards of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities where we are legally required to do so. Funds deposited on ck8 must originate from legitimate sources.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ck8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games or sports markets, wagering requirements, and validity periods.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ck8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors — will result in the forfeiture of any associated funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Betting Rules & Gameplay

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on ck8 — across sports markets including EPL, Malaysia Super League, UFC, badminton, and other live events — are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the details of each bet slip before confirming. ck8 will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been submitted and accepted by the system.

6.2 Odds & Market Suspension

Odds offered on ck8 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Live in-play markets may be suspended during significant events such as goals, red cards, or breaks in play. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.

6.3 Void Bets

ck8 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement, and cases where the integrity of a market is in question. In all such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player.

6.4 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on ck8 are governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer tables, conducted by professionally trained dealers in real time. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within each individual game interface. The house edge applies to all games.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck8 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated funds, and may lead to legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated bots or scripts.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on events where you have access to non-public information.
• Using ck8 for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through any form of coordinated or artificial wagering behaviour.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or ck8 staff members.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck8 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, data feeds, written content, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck8 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any ck8 content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ck8's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck8 and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial losses.

ck8 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and will communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits ck8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

10. Responsible Gaming
